Florence Regina is a multifaceted individual who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as an award-winning producer, actress, director, and motivational speaker. Her production company, Soleil Films, has produced a range of projects including films, staged productions, and events, with past film productions including festival favorites such as Bringing Up Baybay, Copelessness, and Art.
Born in Haiti, Florence moved to the United States at the age of five and grew up in New York City, where she began her career in the entertainment industry. She has performed as an actress on stage, film, and television, with credits including The HBO Max drama series The Flight Attendant, the CBS TV series Bull, Comedy Central's Broad City, and numerous national commercial spots.
In addition to her acting work, Florence has also taught, directed, and performed in improvisational theater at the renowned 13th Street Repertory Theater Company in New York City and was a member of the Theateroke Improv Troupe at the NY Comedy Club.
As a producer, Florence has worked on several notable events, including A Focus On International Short Films: An Evening Of Haitian Filmmaking, which was presented by the Women In Film International Committee and Los Angeles City Council President, Eric Garcetti (now Mayor of Los Angeles).
Florence has also spent three years as a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Diabetes Association's African-American Diabetes Task Force, where she developed her skills as a motivational speaker. Today, she is an award-winning motivational speaker who travels and speaks on a range of topics, including Diabetes Awareness and Advocacy, The Human Experience, Achievement & Success, and Women in the Entertainment Industry.
Florence is also involved in her community, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for The Haiti International Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA, and the Centaur Stage in New York, NY.
