Francisco Javier Celhay Balmaceda, a talented Chilean actor, was born on September 25, 1978, in Concepción. His illustrious career in the entertainment industry began in 2009 with a role in the film Grade 3, where he played the character of David.
Celhay's television career took off shortly after, with special appearances on the popular youth television series Corazón rebelde on Channel 13.
