Francois, a renowned martial artist, boasts an extraordinary background shaped by his family's legacy in the art. With an early start in training at the tender age of three, he was fortunate to have the guidance of Japanese masters, who also instilled in him a passion for the opera.
Fast-forward to 1971, Francois's life took an unexpected turn when he was drafted into the army in Africa. Unfortunately, his military service was cut short when he was wounded and subsequently became a prisoner of war for nearly six months. This harrowing experience left him paralyzed, and after being released, he spent five months in a VA hospital, where doctors delivered a devastating prognosis: he would never walk again.
However, Francois refused to accept this bleak forecast and instead, he focused on a singular goal that would enable him to regain his mobility. With unwavering determination and an unbreakable spirit, he defied the odds and made a remarkable recovery, ultimately becoming a skilled martial artist, stunt coordinator, and teacher.
Throughout his illustrious career, Francois has achieved numerous accolades, including the esteemed title of Kai-Den Shihan, the highest rank in Ninjitsu, as well as a 7th-degree black belt in Karate Do and a 3rd-degree black belt in Judo.
Francois has performed in various countries, including France, Italy, and England, and has even held the championship title in full-contact karate. He has also worked as a trainer and physical therapist for the wrestlers of WWF and taught martial arts at the renowned "Gold's Gym".
In 2004, Francois relocated to Korea to further hone his skills, and later, he moved to Spain, where he currently teaches martial arts, sharing his expertise with new generations of practitioners.
