Frank Arnesen, a former Danish footballer, has had a distinguished career in the sport, both as a player and in various executive roles.
As a player, Arnesen is perhaps most notable for his time with Dutch clubs AFC Ajax and PSV Eindhoven, where he achieved significant success.
One of his most notable achievements as a player was winning the 1988 European Cup with PSV Eindhoven.
In addition to his success as a player, Arnesen has also had a successful career as an executive, holding positions such as Director of Football at English football clubs Tottenham Hotspur F.C. and Chelsea F.C.
He has also served as Sporting Director at Hamburger S.V., F.C. Metalist Kharkiv, Paok Thessaloniki and Feyenoord.
As a member of the Denmark National Football Team, Arnesen was capped 52 times and scored 14 goals, participating in the Euro 1984 and 1986 FIFA World Cup Mexico (1986) tournaments.
