Fritzi Brunette, born Florence Brunet on May 27, 1890, in Savannah, Georgia, embarked on a remarkable journey as a character actress, predominantly active during the silent era, yet successfully adapting to the sound period. Her illustrious career, spanning over three decades, began in 1913, when she made her debut at the tender age of 23, starring in two productions, namely "Annie Laurie" and "The Appeal".
Throughout her tenure, Fritzi appeared in a multitude of films, including the iconic "San Francisco" alongside Clark Gable and Jeannette MacDonald, as well as several uncredited roles. Her final cinematic endeavour was in the 1941 film "Meet John Doe".
