Gavin Rothery is a multifaceted creative professional, excelling in the realm of Science Fiction as a concept artist, writer, and director.
Initially, he honed his skills as an illustrator and comic artist, before transitioning into the games industry in 1996. Through his expertise in graphic design and visual effects, he naturally progressed into the realms of advertising and film.
One of his most notable achievements was co-creating and designing the 2009 movie "Moon" alongside acclaimed director Duncan Jones.
In addition to his extensive experience, Rothery is currently involved in ongoing starship design work for the highly anticipated computer game "Star Citizen".
Furthermore, he has recently completed his feature film writing and directing debut, "Archive", which is slated for release in mid-2020.
