Geo Santini, a native New Yorker, has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry as a director, writer, and performer during his relatively short time living in Los Angeles. His innovative storytelling and shooting style quickly garnered attention from industry professionals, earning him a spot in the Los Angeles Latino Film Festival and a development deal with Alliance Entertainment.
His debut short film, "Partners," which was based on a Broadway play, showcased his unique style and caught the eye of industry insiders. This led to the development of his first feature-length film, "Hotel California," starring Tyson Beckford, Erik Palladino, Simon Rex, and Tatyana Ali. The film premiered at the New York Film Festival, sponsored by HBO, and was later released in 2010, receiving widespread critical acclaim.
In addition to his work in film, Geo signed a groundbreaking deal with Palm, the manufacturer of the popular Palm Treo smartphone, to provide video content for the device. This innovative partnership was unprecedented at the time.
Currently, Geo is involved in various projects. He is launching "Wize Guys," an online comedic network featuring original and exclusive content, as well as user-generated material. He is also in pre-production and development of a feature-length version of his short film, "October 31," which is set to premiere at the New York International Film Festival presented by HBO.
Furthermore, Geo is directing the film "Neighborhood Watch," written by Chad Law, which is currently in pre-production.
