George Meyers was born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, a city located in the western part of the state, near the Delaware River. He spent his childhood in the nearby town of Stewartsville, New Jersey, which is situated approximately 10 miles north of Phillipsburg. Meyers' early education took place at Stewartsville Elementary School, a public school that serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade. He later attended Phillipsburg High School, a comprehensive public high school that offers a range of academic and extracurricular programs. After completing his secondary education, Meyers went on to attend Lebanon Valley College, a private liberal arts college located in Annville, Pennsylvania. He graduated from college and then moved to New York City to pursue a career in acting.
In New York, Meyers worked on several soap operas, including "Search For Tomorrow", "As The World Turns", and "Guiding Light". He also appeared in a TV pilot titled "The Adventures Of Red Rooster". After several years in New York, Meyers relocated to Orlando, Florida, where he continued to work in the entertainment industry. During his time in Orlando, he appeared on shows such as "Fortune Hunter", "The Adventures Of Superboy", "The Newz", and "Swamp Thing". In the early 2000s, Meyers moved to Los Angeles, California, where he worked on a number of films and TV shows, including "Air Force One", "End Of Days", and "Monkeybone". He also played the role of Officer Criswell on the popular TV show "General Hospital" for 10 years.
In 2007, Meyers founded his own production company, Pullover Films, which is dedicated to producing documentary, short, and feature films. He also began teaching acting classes and workshops in both the Philadelphia area and the Philippines. Over the course of several years, Meyers shot one documentary film and four short films in the Philippines before relocating to Texas, where he currently resides. In his current role, Meyers spends his time teaching acting classes and workshops, as well as shooting short films, feature films, and documentary films. He also attends various film festivals to showcase his work and network with other industry professionals.
