Germaine was born in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, and his life took a dramatic turn when he moved to Los Angeles as a teenager. It was during this period that he discovered his passion for acting, thanks to the encouragement of a friend and the guidance of renowned acting teacher Lorrie Hull. This marked the beginning of a prolific career in the film industry, with Germaine quickly landing a string of arthouse films. He considers this period to be one of the happiest and most exciting of his life.
In addition to his film work, Germaine also pursued a career in modeling, working with prominent clothing companies such as WESC and Hot Topic. His talent and dedication eventually earned him an acting award at the prestigious Method Fest Film Festival in Burbank, California, which led to his signing with manager Valerie McCaffrey at McCaffrey Talent Management.
Following his signing, Germaine's career soared, with him landing guest star roles on numerous major television shows, including "CSI:Miami", "CSI:NY", and "The Closer".
