As the writers of this film skillfully weaves a narrative that explores the complex relationships between these iconic literary figures and Tommaso Sgricci, a remarkable individual who was renowned for his exceptional improvisational skills as an actor. During the 18th century, Sgricci was widely regarded as the most talented improviser of tragedy to ever tread the boards of a stage, both in Italy and throughout Europe.
