Glenn Bang is widely recognized for his diverse pursuits beyond the acting world, just as he is lesser known for his impressive accomplishments within it.
Before his first radio broadcast on CKLC Kingston, which led to regular voice personalities on CBC's Hartefeld Saskatchewan, Sunday Morning, and BBC's Huck Finn, as well as numerous television commercials, Glenn was an accomplished individual who was a member of the Canadian Peace Games and Can Am soccer teams, and a nationally ranked Junior tennis player.
Glenn's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found The Actors Network Television and Film Studio Canada, where he served as Studio Director for 22 years, overseeing three studio locations, opening The Parquet Theatre Company, and serving on the executive council for the Toronto Association of Acting Studios.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Glenn has also explored other creative pursuits, including writing, directing, and producing the web series Chow Lee's Angels, as well as directing theatre productions of The Last Date and Who Shot Springer?
Outside of the entertainment world, Glenn has also had a successful career in mixed martial arts, boasting a 9-2 record in Central America. He has also opened several well-known martini lounges in North America and eventually the most recognizable nightclub in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Today, Glenn resides in Los Angeles, with residences in Canada and Costa Rica. His numerous film and television appearances showcase his ability to portray characters that are as diverse in fiction as he is in real life.
