Guy Rennie's life was tragically cut short when he passed away from a heart attack on December 4, 1979, at the age of 69. He left behind his wife, Vivian Rennie, and their two daughters, Gaye Taylor and Edwyna Rennie. A funeral service was held at Newman Funeral Home in Miami Beach on December 5, 1979.
