In the mid-1970s, Roth made history by becoming the first martial artist to compete in a kick-boxing match on Miami Beach, at the iconic Miami Beach Convention Center on South Beach, where Muhammad Ali defeated Sonny Liston for the World's Heavyweight Boxing Title. His impressive undefeated streak, marked by knockout victories, solidified his reputation as an unbeatable opponent throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
In 1983, Roth emerged victorious in a Muay-Thai Championship, before eventually retiring with a reported kickboxing record of 17-2, boasting an astonishing 17 knockouts.
