Harri James, a multi-talented individual, has transitioned from a successful acting career to becoming a skilled script supervisor and writer-director. Her impressive portfolio boasts a feature film, a feature documentary, and several award-winning shorts, solidifying her status as a Director Member of the esteemed Directors Guild of America.
In addition to her directorial endeavors, Harri is a proud member of SAG/AFTRA, having acted in various television shows and feature films, including the iconic "Diehard," "Action Jackson," "Zeus and Roxanne," and "187." Her recent credits include the film "Getting Grace" on Hulu and an episode of the popular TV show "Stumptown," as well as the forthcoming feature "The Hail Mary."
With her extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Harri has seamlessly segued into script supervising, dedicating over 30 years to her craft while simultaneously raising her three twice exceptional children. Her passion for gifted and special needs education has driven her to create The O'Kelley Lab, a grassroots initiative aimed at providing support and innovative therapies for individuals with exceptional abilities, as well as producing film projects that showcase their stories.
