Person Biography:
Havana Guppy's fascination with the screen began at the tender age of three, when her father took home movies of her and her three sisters. Despite being just a toddler, Havana seemed to steal the spotlight, inspiring her father to encourage her to pursue a career in film and television.
At nine years old, Havana bravely stepped into a scene study class at the prestigious Railtown Actors Studio, initially feeling intimidated but returning at eleven to receive the training she knew she needed to become a great actress. By the age of 17, she was accepted into the adult class under the direction of Kate Twa, where she delved deeply into character development.
Throughout her formative years, Havana faced setbacks and rejections, but quitting was never an option for her. She continued to train and hone her craft, eventually earning the respect of directors and landing more roles.
Recently, Havana's hard work paid off when she landed the role of Drina in Hulu's new series 'Shut Eye'. She made an instant connection with the troubled teenage girl and immersed herself in the character, working opposite Angus Sampson and Isabella Rossellini.
