Heather Jocelyn Blair was born to parents Edward and Patricia in Greensboro, North Carolina, and spent her childhood in the quaint town of Trinity, North Carolina. From a young age, she was drawn to the performing arts, with her parents encouraging her to pursue a career in acting, telling her "if you don't become an actress, you are missing your call." Initially, however, it seemed that sports would play a significant role in her life. At the tender age of five, Heather was the only girl on her soccer team, which instilled in her a competitive spirit and a willingness to face any challenge that came her way.
As she grew older, Heather continued to pursue her passion for sports, as well as her love of dance and performance. She was a standout swimmer, competing in year-round USS swimming and winning the National High School Heisman Trophy Award. Heather's athletic prowess extended to the world of fencing, where she became an accomplished Epee Fencer and four-year Varsity Letterman as Captain of the Women's Team at the University of North Carolina. Her impressive academic and athletic record earned her a spot on the USFA Olympic Circuit.
After completing her education, Heather decided to take her parents' advice and head to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and modeling. She quickly found success, landing roles in commercials, films, and television shows. In addition to her work as an actress and model, Heather also began coaching professional actors, comedians, and youth musical theater, allowing her to be a part of notable projects such as "10,000 B.C.", "Iron Man", and "Don't Mess With the Zohan".
In 2013, Heather made the unexpected move to the island of Curacao, where she began teaching acting, dance, and art. Despite being thousands of miles from her hometown, she continued to work as a professional actress, voice-over artist, and producer. One of her most notable projects during this time was the feature film "Double Play", which was shot on location in Curacao and allowed her to work as both a principal actress and production manager.
