Biography

Heidi-Marie Ferren, the talented actress, vocalist, and writer, has a remarkable background that has shaped her multifaceted career. Born to recording artist Charlotte Ferren, Heidi-Marie grew up in California, Arkansas, and Texas, which has undoubtedly influenced her eclectic artistic style.

As Miss USO, Heidi-Marie has dedicated the past five years to serving our service members, performing and speaking globally as an ambassador and steward of gratitude. Her impressive resume boasts performances at iconic venues such as CitiField, Nassau Coliseum, Madison Square Garden, and even President Clinton's Inauguration.

As a country, jazz, and gospel recording artist, Heidi-Marie has shared the stage with renowned musicians like Patti LaBelle, Lee Greenwood, and Tony Orlando. Her credits also include performances in films and television shows, including Gary Marshall's New Year's Eve and HBO's "Bored to Death" with Ted Danson.

On stage, Heidi-Marie has taken on leading roles in Shakespeare and Shaw productions across the globe, working with esteemed directors. Some of her notable roles include Candace in the world premiere of Dogshow, Frances Abbott in In the Belly of the Beast, and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing.

In addition to her acting career, Heidi-Marie is also a published author, having written the award-nominated one-woman show Confessions of the Happy Bride, which has been performed in the US and abroad. She is also a series regular on Houghton Heights, the first-ever live broadcast series on Periscope, YouTube Live, and Facebook.

Currently, Heidi-Marie is in pre-production for her second album, set to be released in July. She is a board member of Defiance Theatre Company and an Ambassador for Veteran Rescue, and has recently played Claire in Neil Simon's 'Rumors' in Los Angeles. Throughout her career, Heidi-Marie has consistently demonstrated her dedication to supporting veterans and active-duty military, using her talents to make a positive impact.
