At the tender age of ten, this remarkable individual had already claimed the title of British Junior Tap Champion, a testament to her innate talent and dedication. Following this impressive achievement, she went on to hone her skills at the renowned Bush Davies School of Performing Arts in East Grinstead, a prestigious institution that has produced many accomplished performers.

As her training progressed, she continued to work extensively in the West End, taking on roles in notable productions such as "Oliver," "Beastly Beatitudes of Balthazar B," and "Stepping Out" at the Stand. Her impressive credentials also included being part of the original cast of "Stepping Out: The Musical" at the Albery Theatre.

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in various international locations, including Nigeria, Spain, Greece, Bahrain, and London, as a singer. Her versatility and range have allowed her to excel in a wide range of roles and genres.

In addition to her stage work, she has also made a significant impact on television, appearing in numerous productions. Some of her notable TV credits include "Derek" by Edward Bond, "The Wall Game" alongside Sinita, "London's Burning" as Mrs. Moody, "The Return of Shelley," "Waiting for God," and "The Chest."

Currently, she runs her own successful venture, Singalong with Helen, which spanned from 2002 to 2017. She is married with a daughter, and her personal life is filled with love, joy, and a sense of fulfillment.
