Helen Grace, a talented actress, was born in Hertfordshire, England. Her illustrious career commenced with her 1996 portrayal of "Georgia Simpson" in the controversial Channel 4 television soap opera, Brookside, which premiered in 1982. She went on to appear in two series, namely 1998 and 1999, of the BBC1 sitcom, Roger Roger, penned by the renowned creator of Only Fools and Horses, John Sullivan.
Helen's television career is marked by numerous guest appearances, including the esteemed Poirot, the popular Bad Girls, the critically acclaimed Cold Feet, the intriguing Midsomer Murders, and the biographical drama, Filth: The Mary Whitehouse Story, in 2008.
On stage, Helen has made a significant impact, taking on the role of the wife of "Gregor Antonsecu" (played by David Suchet) in the acclaimed revival of Terence Rattigan's "Man and Boy" at the Duchess Theatre, London. She has also appeared in Tennessee Williams' "The Glass Menagerie" at the Theatre Royal York, alongside the illustrious Honor Blackman, and in Don Taylor's "The Road to the Sea" at the Orange Tree Theatre, Richmond, in 2003.
Most recently, Helen spent eighteen months in the role of "Marjorie Houseman" (Baby's mum) in the stage version of "Dirty Dancing" at the Aldwych Theatre in London's West End.
In addition to her stage work, Helen has also made a mark in the film industry, starring in the 2003 film, Hello, Friend, as the wife of a man whose life is blighted by a piece of demonic computer software. The film was written by the creator of the popular television show, IT Crowd, Graham Linehan.
Helen has also appeared in the 2000 film, Lord Edgware Dies, playing the role of "Jane Wilkinson".
