Hollis Welsh is a multifaceted American personality, exceling as an actress, producer, and model. Born in Idaho, her formative years were spent in various cities across the American West, graduating from Huntington Beach High School. Initially, Hollis pursued a college education in math and science, while also running cross country, but a significant life event occurred when her beloved grandfather passed away, prompting a transformative shift towards acting.
Under the guidance of her first acting teacher, the renowned Lauren Tewes, Hollis developed a strong foundation in bringing authenticity to each role. She then further honed her craft at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she had the opportunity to study alongside notable actors Paul Rudd and Adam Scott. Hollis subsequently relocated to Seattle to attend Cornish, a private arts college, and completed her theater degree at the University of Washington.
Throughout her career, Hollis has worked extensively in film, television, and regional theater. As a company member of Tom Noonan's Paradise Factory Theater, she performed alongside him in his original play, "What the Hell's Your Problem: An Evening with Dr. Bob Nathelson," for an extended run in New York City.
