Hope Marie Carlton, a petite and slender blonde beauty, was born Hope Marie Rizzitano on March 3, 1966, in Riverhead, New York.
At the tender age of thirteen, Carlton began her modeling career, following in her mother's footsteps as a professional model.
Her Playboy magazine debut came in July 1985, when she was named the Playmate of the Month. This marked the beginning of her successful career in Playboy, which included appearances in several Playboy videos and special edition publications.
In addition to her Playboy endeavors, Carlton also ventured into the world of action films, starring as the feisty federal drug enforcement agent "Taryn" in three low-budget action pictures directed by Andy Sidaris: Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987),Picasso Trigger (1988),and Savage Beach (1989).
Her acting career did not stop there, as Carlton went on to appear in a handful of B-flicks, horror movies, and even made guest appearances on several popular TV shows, including The A-Team (1983),Married... with Children (1987),L.A. Law (1986),Charles in Charge (1984),Quantum Leap (1989),and Baywatch (1989).
In her personal life, Carlton co-owned and operated the Sorrel River Ranch, a resort in Moab, Utah, with her ex-husband, Rob Levin. The couple had a daughter before divorcing in 2005.
