Ingrid, a talented actress from Bucharest, Romania, began her educational journey at the esteemed German College "Goethe", where she not only honed her German language skills but also developed proficiency in English, French, and Latin.
During her college years, Ingrid discovered her passion for acting and made a remarkable debut, winning an international commercial audition against a pool of over 300 competitors. This initial success was swiftly followed by a significant role in Romania's first sitcom, "Casatorie de proba" (Probation Marriage),in 2004, where she portrayed the charming and witty teenager Flori.
Ingrid's breakthrough role came at the tender age of 16, when she appeared alongside Ben Kingsley in the film "Bloodrayne". Following her college graduation, she enrolled at the prestigious Hyperion Acting University, where she achieved the highest score on her admission examination.
While attending the university, Ingrid had the privilege of playing the role of Viviana in the critically acclaimed film "Tales From The Golden Age", directed by Cristian Mungiu, winner of the Palme d'Or at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival. This film garnered a total of six nominations at the Cannes Film Festival.
Ingrid's impressive trajectory continued as she took on the role of Selena in the movie "Periferic" (Outbound). Seeking to expand her creative horizons, she ventured into Hollywood productions, starring as Minerva in "The Dark Prince" alongside Jon Voight and appearing in "The Zero Theorem", directed by the renowned Terry Gilliam.
