Jacinta, a classically trained theatre actress, embarked on a journey of artistic discovery at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, followed by further training in Suzuki and Viewpoints with the renowned theatre group SITI in New York.
Prior to her illustrious acting career, Jacinta began her professional life by teaching English as a second language in St. Petersburg, Russia, an experience that sparked a passion for travel, performance, and teaching. This early chapter in her life took her on a whirlwind tour across Europe and Asia, where she honed her skills and gained valuable experience.
Upon returning to her native Australia, Jacinta secured her first local acting role in the ABC drama Christina's Birthday, which was filmed entirely in Broome, Western Australia. This marked the beginning of a successful acting career that would span many years and numerous critically acclaimed performances.
In 2010, after years of treading the boards and delivering outstanding performances, Jacinta decided to take the leap into feature films. Her early foray into the world of cinema was a memorable cameo appearance as Joan in 1MC: Something of Vengeance, which paved the way for her subsequent lead role as Scout Taylor in the film iSOLATE. Her captivating performance in iSOLATE earned her the prestigious Best Actress award at its world premiere screening, cementing her status as a talented and versatile actress.
