Jaden Rain, a multifaceted individual with a rich cultural heritage, was born in Vancouver, Canada, to a South Indian father and a Norwegian mother. His introduction to the world of acting began at a tender age of three, when he landed the leading role in the feature film Partition, shot on location in Delhi, India.
Throughout his teenage years, Jaden continued to hone his craft, taking on various roles in television shows and films, including Almost Human, The Tomorrow People, A Daughter's Nightmare, and Anthem of a Teenage Prophet. One of his most memorable roles was playing the son of Catherine Zeta Jones in Griselda: Cocaine Godmother.
Upon completing high school, Jaden received a prestigious scholarship to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts Conservatory program, where he spent the next two years immersed in a comprehensive training regimen. During his time at the conservatory, he accumulated an impressive list of theatre credits, including the lead role of Jason in Sweat by Lynn Nottage, Eugene in Broadway Bound, and double casting in the Conservatory showcase productions of DNA by Dennis Kelly as Richard and The Diviners by Jim Leonard as Buddy Layman.
Jaden's exceptional performances in these productions earned him recognition, and he was subsequently invited to reprise his role as Richard in DNA at the Loft ensemble theatre in Los Angeles. His upcoming project, The Lightkeeper, sees him taking on the supporting role of Weeshie opposite Dominic Cooper.
