James Fotopoulos, a highly acclaimed and accomplished filmmaker, was born in the year 1976 in the picturesque town of Norridge, Illinois. His journey in the world of cinema began in 1995 when he started production on his debut feature-length film, ZERO, which finally saw the light of day in 1997. This initial foray into filmmaking was only the beginning of a long and illustrious career, marked by the establishment of his production company, Fantasma, in 1998.
With Fantasma as his creative hub, Fotopoulos went on to produce his sophomore feature, Migrating Forms, which premiered in 1999. This marked the beginning of a long string of critically acclaimed narrative feature films that would go on to cement his reputation as a master of his craft.
