Jamie Miller is a renowned Director/Producer of documentary, narrative, music video, and commercial work, with a fervent passion for crafting poignant human portraits that capture the essence of transformation within the cinematic landscape.

With a career marked by numerous accolades, Jamie received a prestigious Canadian Screen Award nomination for her inaugural short documentary, Prince's Tale, which went on to win a staggering seven Canadian festival awards.

Her short films have been showcased in esteemed festivals across North America, Europe, and Asia, and have been licensed by prominent broadcasting networks such as CBC and BBC.

In recent years, Jamie was honored with the 2020 RBC Michelle Jackson Emerging Filmmaker award, presented by the St. John's International Women's Film Festival, for her debut short drama, Proximity, which has been garnering widespread acclaim and is currently being screened across the country.
