But Stuart's journey as a filmmaker began much earlier, with his short film "Idiot with a Tripod" gaining international recognition in 2010. The film's viral success, with over a million views, was cemented when Roger Ebert wrote that it should win an Academy Award. This acclaim was followed by Time Magazine naming it the #3 Creative Video of 2011.
