After completing his education at a prestigious drama school, Jamie landed his first major opportunity when he met renowned director Tom Hooper and acclaimed casting director Nina Gold during an audition for the movie adaptation of 'Les Miserables'.
As a result of this chance encounter, Jamie was subsequently cast in the West End production of 'Les Miserables', assuming the role of Marius, one of the leading characters in the show.
Following his relocation to the UK for the production, Jamie went on to secure a series of appearances in UK commercials, television shows, and films.
Before being cast as the significant supporting role of Father Gomez in season 3 of HBO's 'His Dark Materials', Jamie's impressive performance was praised by The Daily Telegraph, who described him as "utterly magnetic".
Most recently, Jamie completed filming the lead role of Romeo in the upcoming musical film VERONA, alongside a talented cast that includes Rebel Wilson, Clara Rugard, Jason Isaacs, and Derek Jakobi.
In addition to his acting endeavors, Jamie was also signed to Warner/Parlophone as the lead vocalist of the pop band Balcony.
