As a talented television director, Conaway has made a notable impact on the small screen, having directed episodes on both seasons of the hit NBC single-camera comedy "Grand Crew", a show executive produced by Phil Augusta Jackson (Insecure) and Dan Goor (Brooklyn Nine-Nine).
In 2024, Conaway was selected for the prestigious DGA Television Mentorship program and the DGA AASC The Learning Tree Directing Program, a testament to his dedication to honing his craft and staying at the forefront of the industry.
As a fellow of the inaugural Netflix Film Club + Film Independent shorts program, Conaway directed and edited the powerful short documentary "My Brother Jesus", which explores the intersection of faith, art, and activism in the wake of the BLM protests in Richmond, VA.
