Jasmine Atkins-Smart, professionally known as Jazz, was born on November 11th, 1990, at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, England, to parents Tony and Beverley Smart. Growing up in the suburbs of Bristol, she was surrounded by the influences of her paternal grandfather and maternal family, which she honors through her stage name.
As a performer, Jazz has spent most of her career in theatre, touring the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond. However, her passion for philanthropy runs concurrently with her performances, and she has dedicated herself to various causes. For almost eight years, she has volunteered and worked in the emergency services, providing vital support to those in need. Additionally, she has worked with organizations helping the homeless, both in her home county and abroad, often in crisis kitchens that provide essential aid to those struggling.
