Jeff Wolverton, a man of many talents and interests, grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where he attended prestigious high schools such as Upper Arlington, despite being expelled from them. He then pursued higher education at The Ohio State University, where he not only earned various degrees but also created animations for stadium scoreboards across the country.
After college, Jeff moved to Los Angeles to work at Walt Disney Feature Animation, where he contributed as a digital artist on notable films like "Hercules" and "Tarzan". He also made a unique mark as a scratch voice actor for Disney's "Dinosaur". However, his journey didn't end there, as he accidentally drove to the wrong studio and began working at Sony Pictures Imageworks.
At Sony, Jeff served as a lighting artist on "Stuart Little" and an effects animator on "Hollow Man". He then continued his work on various projects, including "Fantastic Four", "Daredevil", "X-Men 2", "Ghost Rider", "Spider-Man"'s 1 & 3, "Hancock", "Green Lantern", and other superhero movies.
