Jeneta St. Clair, a multifaceted individual, initially struggled with their identity as a heteronormative woman in Indiana before embracing their true self as a queer she/they in Los Angeles. After years of therapy, they have since found a sense of fulfillment and self-acceptance.
As a professional comedian, Jeneta has made a name for herself by performing at prestigious events such as three SF Sketchfest and the LA Laugh Factory, where she reportedly "killed" on stage. In a heartwarming moment, she also came out to her parents during a stand-up comedy set in Long Beach.
In addition to her work as a comedian, Jeneta is a talented actor, writer, producer, makeup artist, and boxing coach, making her a formidable septuple threat in the entertainment industry. She has worked extensively in television and film for over a decade, co-writing the comedy web series Valley Drive and hosting monthly events at the Downtown Women's Center.
During the pandemic, Jeneta found a new way to use her talents to bring laughter and joy to others. She produced and performed in over 350 live-streamed comedy events for healthcare workers, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies, all while working remotely for Laughter On Call.
Jeneta is also dedicated to giving back to her community. She is hosting and performing in an alcohol-free, monthly stand-up comedy event called "Dry Show, Wet Comics," with all proceeds going to support different non-profit organizations.
