Jennifer Johnson, affectionately known as JJ, is a multifaceted professional who has made a name for herself as a certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, dance instructor, choreographer, and underground phenomenon in the dance cardio workout scene.
Starting her dance journey at the tender age of four, JJ's professional career took off at eight, when she began performing with The Chicago City Ballet and Ruth Paige Ballet. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Kanye West, Kelly Rowland, Pitbull, Lil Wayne, Tyrese, Amerie, Outkast, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Brian McKnight, and Carlos Santana, both nationally and internationally.
In recent years, JJ has trained and choreographed for the talented Jessica Alba in the upcoming films Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For and Dear Eleanor. Her impressive resume also boasts appearances in numerous music videos, national commercials, films, and television shows, including the popular Dancing with the Stars, MTV Video Music Awards, The American Music Awards, Fashion Rocks, and more.
JJ's passion for fitness was sparked after becoming the captain of the NBA Washington Wizards Dance Team, where she was required to transform her physique.
