Jennifer Decker was born on December 28, 1982, in France. She began her acting career at a young age, getting her start in stage productions. At 18, she was spotted by director Irina Brook, who cast her as Juliet in a production of Romeo and Juliet. The play had a successful run in Paris and then went on tour throughout France and abroad.
Jennifer's early roles included playing a young teenager in love and on the run in Steve Suissa's Cavale, and a young woman in Steve Suissa's L'Amour Dangereux. She also appeared in a short film, Jeux de Haute Société, and in the French series Une Femme d'Honneur.
In 2006, Jennifer had a breakout year, starring in four films. She began the year with the Swiss film Jeune Homme, in which she played a young artist who meets a new transfer student. She then starred in the acclaimed film Les Amants Du Flore, playing a sensitive student who falls in love with her teacher.
Jennifer's big break came when she was cast as Lucienne in the 2006 film Flyboys, opposite James Franco and Jean Reno. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Jennifer received international attention for her performance.
In 2006, Jennifer also appeared in a television film about the life of Jeanne Poisson, la Pompadour, playing an older character rather than her usual young roles. Throughout her career, Jennifer has continued to extend her range, appearing in a variety of roles on stage and screen.
