Jennifer Dundas began her career as a child actor, making her Broadway, TV, and film debuts at ages 10, 11, and 12, respectively. Born in Newton, Massachusetts, she frequently traveled for work as a child, accompanied by her mother and often her three brothers.
After taking a break from acting to attend Brown University, she continued to build a New York-based career, featuring mostly stage credits, with recurring television and film roles. Her most notable role is perhaps as Chris, the lesbian daughter of Diane Keaton's character, in the film "The First Wives Club".
Throughout her career, Jennifer Dundas has had the opportunity to work alongside numerous renowned actors and actresses, including Meryl Streep, Sally Field, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Stockard Channing, Billy Crudup, Annette Bening, Robert Redford, Diane Keaton, Vanessa Redgrave, Jason Robards, and Colleen Dewhurst.
In 2007, Jennifer Dundas decided to take a hiatus from acting to pursue a new venture, launching Brooklyn-based Blue Marble Organic Ice Cream. Over the course of ten years, she successfully built the company from a single storefront to a multi-million-dollar brand, available on grocery shelves in over 15 states.
In addition to her work in the ice cream industry, Jennifer Dundas also co-founded a non-profit organization, Blue Marble Dreams, with the mission of providing jobs for unemployed women and creating safe, happy spaces for communities in traumatized regions. The organization has opened two shops, Inzozi Nziza in Rwanda and Bel Rev in Haiti, providing opportunities for local women and communities.
Jennifer Dundas returned to acting in 2017, when Steven Spielberg cast her as Liz Hylton, the personal assistant to Katherine Graham, in the film "The Post", starring Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks. She also appeared in the TV series "The Looming Tower" in 2018, playing the role of United States Attorney Mary Jo White.
