Jennifer Field, a California native born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, boasts a rich cultural heritage stemming from her Korean, English, Irish, and German ancestry. Following her crowning achievement as Miss Asian America and the completion of her bachelor's degree in theatre, Jennifer embarked on a journey to Los Angeles with a determined spirit, fueled by her desire to make her attorney father and immigrant mother proud.
Her extensive training has equipped her with a versatile range as an actress, having honed her skills at renowned institutions such as The Groundlings and Marin Shakespeare Company. Jennifer's passion for acting began at a young age, as she immersed herself in local community theatre productions and also developed her skills in dance and voice.
Beyond her acting career, Jennifer has also established herself as an experienced news reporter and host, having hosted the award-winning podcast The Unofficial Official Story. Her recent television credits include the role of Assistant D.A. Jennifer Arden on ABC's General Hospital, as well as recurring roles in the Primetime Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series Artificial on Twitch, The Old Man on FX, and Roswell, New Mexico on the CW.
However, Jennifer's proudest achievement to date is undoubtedly her role as a mother to her 12-year-old son. When not working, Jennifer can be found embracing her love for the outdoors, as she is an avid runner, horseback rider, and snorkeler. In fact, she has had the opportunity to hike nearly every National Park in the western United States.
