Biography

Jeremy Dylan is a multifaceted individual, born in Australia and currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee, where he has established himself as a filmmaker and journalist of considerable repute.

Dylan's directorial debut was the feature film "Benjamin Sniddlegrass and the Cauldron of Penguins" in 2010, a work narrated by the renowned British actor and writer Stephen Fry.

In 2014, Dylan released his first feature documentary, "Jim Lauderdale: The King of Broken Hearts", which premiered at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville and the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. This documentary chronicles the life and career of Grammy-winning Americana pioneer Jim Lauderdale, featuring an impressive cast of notable musicians, including Elvis Costello and Buddy Miller.

Dylan's most recent feature project is the documentary "Tommy Emmanuel: The Endless Road", a film that explores the life and career of guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel. This documentary is currently making the rounds at film festivals worldwide.

Throughout his career, Dylan has directed numerous music videos for a diverse range of artists, including ARIA-winning country stars The McClymonts and British cult icon Robyn Hitchcock. Each episode of this podcast sees Dylan engaging in conversation with a different guest, discussing an album that holds special significance to them and the impact it has had on their life and career.
