Jessica Pacheco was born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, a place she affectionately refers to as her own personal paradise. Growing up, she was fortunate enough to have the sun-kissed beaches, soft sand, and warm Atlantic Ocean right at her doorstep, making it easy to feel like she was already on vacation. In fact, she would often take leisurely strolls out of her front door and be immediately greeted by the warm sunshine on her face, the soothing sound of the waves, and the breathtaking views of the ocean.
As a child, Jessica was an avid participant in various extracurricular activities, including ballet, piano, art, music, drama, flamenco, and classical Spanish dance. Her passion for the arts was evident from a young age, and she continued to nurture her creative side throughout her childhood and teenage years.
Despite her love for the performing arts, Jessica's true calling was working with and helping the elderly. This led her to pursue a degree in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU),with the intention of specializing in Geriatric Psychology. However, her plans took an unexpected turn when she was offered a contract with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines shortly after graduating from college.
Jessica's time at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines was an incredible opportunity for her to combine her love of dance with her desire to travel the world. She spent several years performing on cruise ships, entertaining audiences with her impressive dance skills and charming stage presence.
In addition to her work with Royal Caribbean, Jessica has also had the privilege of working with some of the world's most renowned dance companies and performers. She has danced with the Florida Grand Opera, Ballet Espanol Rosita Segovia, King Lear with Flamenco La Rosa, La Feria de Quito with A mi Aire, and even had the honor of performing at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in The Monkees' 2011 world tour.
As her career continued to flourish, Jessica never lost sight of her passion for acting. She has appeared in numerous productions, including Tennessee Williams' "Sweet Bird of Youth" alongside soap opera star and friend, Zully Montero and Carlos Caballero, and the British Panto production of "Cinderella" alongside celebrity, Davy Jones of The Monkees. She has also had roles in several Telemundo series, including "Los Teens", "Loteria", "Decisiones", and achieved an outstanding comedic role in Telemundo's soap opera, "Dame Chocolate" alongside Genesis Rodriguez and Carlos Ponce.
In 2009, Jessica married the legendary Davy Jones of The Monkees, and she worked behind the scenes as a tour manager and personal assistant to her husband for five years. During this time, she also danced in numerous shows and tours, including the 2011 Monkees World Tour.
After relocating to Los Angeles in 2014, Jessica has continued to appear on TV shows such as "General Hospital", "To Tell The Truth", and "ER". Despite her many accomplishments and experiences, Jessica remains humble and grounded, often sharing words of wisdom such as, "Life is a journey not a destination...make sure you enjoy the ride."
