Person Biography:
Jodi Wilson Brockton, a dynamic and accomplished individual, was born and raised in South Lyon, Michigan, with four brothers, where she developed a passion for action and adventure. Growing up, she was always drawn to the stunt and movie business, even before realizing it would become her life's work. Her childhood was filled with excitement, as she engaged in various activities such as dirt biking, snowmobiling, skiing, skating, biking, and horse riding, which helped her excel in competitions and earn numerous awards.
Jodi's journey took a significant turn when she moved to Florida in the early 1990s. She was discovered by a producer for the American Gladiators while competing in a fitness competition, which led to her introduction to the world of television and film. Her career skyrocketed with feature films like Wild Things, Instinct, All About The Benjamin's, The In Crowd, The Crew, and The Disciples, as well as television series such as Maximum Bob, Sins of the City.
To further her career, Jodi relocated to Los Angeles, where she enjoyed success in both film and television. She worked on award-winning shows like ER, CSI, Boston Legal, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, The Mentalist, and many more. Her film credits include 2 Fast 2 Furious, Serenity, Surrogates, and Law Abiding Citizens.
As a talented stunt-woman, Jodi has doubled many beautiful women, including Laura Allen, Melinda Clarke, Sophia Vergara, Kelly Preston, Kate Luyben, Sarah Paulson, Carrie Ann Moss, Radah Mitchell, and Denise Richards. Her most recent endeavors have taken her to Hollywood South, Louisiana, where she is now working as a producer/director.
Jodi is passionate about filmmaking and is working on various projects, including the short film "Abigail," where she served as the 2nd unit director, and her new baby, Glitteratzi! She currently resides in the New Orleans area with her son.
