Joe's early life was marked by a unique cultural dynamic, having been born in Spain to a British mother and a Spanish father. This cosmopolitan upbringing would later enable him to converse fluently in both English and Spanish.
As a young child, Joe relocated to South Wales when he was just five years old, a move that would have a profound impact on his formative years. Growing up in Pontypridd, he spent the next thirteen years of his life immersed in the local culture, forging strong ties with the community.
However, Joe's academic pursuits would eventually take him to London, where he secured a place at the prestigious Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. At the age of eighteen, he made the bold decision to leave his hometown and embark on a new chapter in the capital city, eager to hone his skills and pursue his passion for the performing arts.
