Jon Schroder, an American filmmaker born in 1973, embarked on his career in New York City, penning scripts for a vast array of television shows, cable networks, production companies, and independent film producers.
Subsequently, Schroder directed a succession of short films, commercials, documentaries, and reality shows for prominent networks such as Spike TV, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Comedy Central.
In addition to his writing and directing endeavors, Schroder held various crew positions on notable television shows, including The Sopranos, Law And Order, and Sex in the City, as well as on films like Spider-man, Kissing Jessica Stein, and Spike Lee's 3 A.M.
Schroder co-wrote, produced, and directed the feature film Jimmy and Judy, starring Edward Furlong and Rachael Bella. The film garnered two Best Feature Awards at the Newport Beach International Film Festival and the San Francisco Independent Film Festival.
