Jonathan Lipnicki was born in Westlake Village, California, to Rhonda and Joe Lipnicki, and his life was forever changed at the tender age of five when he received global acclaim for carrying his own alongside Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger in the Academy Award-winning film Jerry Maguire.
This breakout role catapulted Jonathan to widespread recognition, and he went on to star in a string of successful films, including Stuart Little, Stuart Little 2, Like Mike, and The Little Vampire, as well as series-regular roles on The Jeff Foxworthy Show and Meego.
Before reaching the age of ten, Jonathan's films had grossed nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars at the box office, a testament to his natural talent and charm. His performances were met with widespread critical acclaim, earning him awards from the Broadcast Film Critics Association, The Young Artist Awards, and The Young Star Awards.
As Jonathan basked in the glow of fame, he made the personal decision to leave the spotlight and pursue a more normal life as a teenager. He attended public school in his hometown, where he enjoyed the simple pleasures of prom, playing on the water polo team, and graduating with his friends.
However, Jonathan's love of acting eventually got the better of him, and he began guest-starring on hit television shows such as Monk, Family Guy, and Glen Martin DDS. He also landed the lead role in the award-winning indie film When Zachary Beaver Came to Town.
In his free time, Jonathan is an avid Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practitioner, holding a blue belt level. He continues to hone his craft at the legendary Playhouse West, under the guidance of the highly respected instructor Robert Carnegie.
