Jorie embarked on her artistic journey at the tender age of six, when she began performing at a small community recreation center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was during this time that she developed a passion for drama and ballet, while her grandmother pursued her own creative interests in knitting. However, this creative spark was temporarily extinguished when Jorie's family relocated to Florida, and she did not engage in any artistic pursuits until the age of 13.
It was not until her teenage years that Jorie rediscovered her love for the arts, when she became involved in Color Guard and Dance. As she entered adulthood, Jorie's artistic inclinations continued to evolve, and she began to explore the world of acting while studying Fashion and Marketing at International Fine Arts College.
After college, Jorie's career took a significant turn when she relocated to Miami and Los Angeles in 2002. She threw herself into the world of Casting, Wardrobe, and Marketing, while simultaneously pursuing her artistic ambitions in the entertainment industry. Over the years, Jorie has worked tirelessly to hone her craft, and has made a name for herself as a talented and dedicated performer.
In addition to her acting pursuits, Jorie has also continued to expand her skillset by studying Broadcasting at Los Angeles Valley College. From 2014 to 2016, she earned a certificate in Broadcasting Television, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
As of 2018, Jorie has taken a more proactive approach to her creative endeavors, focusing on behind-the-scenes work and co-producing the short film "Luzy," in which she also played the title role. This marked a significant milestone in her career, as she continued to grow and evolve as a performer and creative force.
