Joshua's first solo middle grade series, GYRO AND THE ARGONAUTS, is set to hit bookstores and libraries in Summer 2025. This exciting new series is pitched as 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to Greek Mythology,' offering a revisionist take on classical myths where the monsters become the heroes they were always meant to be.
Previous published work includes the Predator-as-summer-camp-slasher short "Ghost Story" in PREDATOR: EYES OF THE DEMON, a tie-in anthology from Titan Books, as well as his original full cast Doctor Who audio book TIDES OF THE MOON from DOCTOR WHO: THE SIXTH DOCTOR ADVENTURES: WATER WORLDS, released May 2022 from Big Finish Productions.
Joshua has also written books and comics for all ages, including the hilarious middle grade novel SHIPWRECKERS: THE CURSE OF THE CURSED TEMPLE OF CURSES, OR WE NEARLY DIED. A LOT. with Scott Peterson from Disney/Hyperion.
With over fifteen years of experience in the industry, Joshua has worked as a storyboard artist, writer, and creative consultant for various notable companies, including Crunchyroll, LEGO, Warner Animation Group, Pure Imagination Studios, Disney TV, DreamWorks Feature Animation, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks TV, Awesomeness TV, Sprout/NBC Universal, Disney China/Beijing, Zombie Bake Shop, Netflix, Paramount Feature Animation, and more.
