Juan Carlos Flores, a talented actor, made his debut in 2022 with appearances in AMC's 'Tales of the Walking Dead', NBC's 'Found', and BET's 'Caught Up'. His recent credits include working on Netflix's 'Cobra Kai' season 6 and Francis Ford Coppola's 'Megalopolis', alongside notable actors Adam Driver, Aubrey Plaza, and Giancarlo Esposito.
Born and raised in Mexico, Flores began his professional acting career at the age of 19, working for Televisa, where he secured roles in internationally broadcast soap operas. His breakthrough came when he was cast as one of the leads in Walt Disney Pictures' first Mexican film, 'High School Musical, El Desafío' (also known as Viva High School Musical).
Flores then landed the principal role in 'Saving Private Perez', a Pantelion Films production, which was one of the most expensive Mexican films ever made. He went on to star in 'The 4th Company', a film that won multiple Ariel Awards, including Best Picture in 2017. The film was also selected for the Palm Springs International Film Festival's 28th edition and acquired by Netflix.
In addition to his film work, Flores has also made guest appearances on television shows. One notable credit is his role in Sony's series 'Los Simuladores', which was nominated for an Emmy Award as Best Foreign Comedy in 2010.
