Justin Brett, a talented individual with a multifaceted career, began his training at the prestigious Central School of Speech & Drama. Apart from his impressive work in acting and improvisation, he also coaches others in these disciplines and co-runs the esteemed Duke's Comedy Club.
Throughout his theatrical career, Justin has had the opportunity to portray a wide range of characters, including alt. Johnny Cash in the West End production of Million Dollar Quartet, Dame in Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood at Theatr Clywd, Dick Barton in Dick Barton, Special Agent and Captain Tempest in Return to the Forbidden Planet at Oldham Coliseum and on tour, Dame in Beauty and the Beast and Ugly Sister in Cinderella at New Wolsey and Oxford Playhouse, and many more.
Some of his notable performances include Lost in The Stars at the Royal Festival Hall, October Plenty at the Globe, Blue/Orange at the Octagon in Bolton, which earned him a nomination for Best Actor at the MEN Awards, East Lynne at the New Vic in Stoke, The Real Thing at the Manchester Library, 101 Dalmatians at the Chester Gateway, Strangers on a Train, Blue/Orange, Arms and the Man at Keswick, The Champion of Paribanou, My Sister Sadie, This Is Where We Came In at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, A Small Family Business at the West Yorkshire Playhouse, Christmas on Mars at the Finborough, The Rivals at Bath, The Revenger's Tragedy at Bridewell, Deirdre of the Sorrows at Riverside Studios, Jinx, Other Lives, Clowns at the Orange Tree.
In addition to his extensive theatre work, Justin has also made appearances on television, with credits including Hilary Devey's Interns, Peep Show, Doctors, EastEnders, Topsy and Tim, Pulling, Gory Greek Gods, Dombey & Son, The Queen's Nose, The Bill, London's Burning, Ghoul-Lashed, and Spooky.
Furthermore, Justin has also made a mark in the film industry, with roles in War Horse directed by Steven Spielberg, Gulliver's Travels, The Fallen, Brothers, and Randall's Flat.
