Kanani Rose is a multifaceted professional with a strong background in the entertainment industry, having been involved in acting, singing, and dancing for many years. Born into a family with a rich history in show business, Kanani's grandfather, Herb Rogers, was a renowned theatre producer who produced over 500 large-scale professional Equity shows, while her father, Scott Rogers, is a successful acting coach for film and television, and her mother, Jeanne Rogers, was a New York actress and drama teacher, trained by the legendary Sanford Meisner.
As a result of her family's involvement in the industry, Kanani was exposed to professional theatre from a very young age, watching performances from backstage before she could even talk. It was clear to her at a young age that she would be involved in the family business in some way.
Throughout her career, Kanani has appeared in a variety of projects, including the movie Paradise Dreams (2004),the hit TV show Lost (2004) on ABC, the pilot for the series Hawaii (2004) on NBC, and a co-starring role on the CBS hit show Hawaii Five-0 (2010). In addition to her screen work, Kanani has also had many roles on stage, including a singer and dancer in "The Jim Nabors Christmas Show" for four consecutive years.
Kanani's talents extend beyond acting, as she has also done commercials, voice-overs, and industry-specific works for companies such as Neiman Marcus, Hilton, and many others. To hone her craft, Kanani studies Jazz, ballet, hula, and tap dancing, in addition to voice training.
