Kandeyce Jorden, a multifaceted individual with a rich background, was born in Berlin, Germany, and spent her formative years in Northern California, where she developed a passion for horse riding.
Prior to embarking on a career in the entertainment industry, Jorden worked as an executive recruiter in San Francisco, honing her skills in the corporate world. Her professional journey took a dramatic turn when she relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an actress.
Her breakthrough role came in 1997 with the critically acclaimed film Star Maps, directed by Miguel Arteta, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. This early success paved the way for Jorden to continue acting in various films and commercials, solidifying her presence in the industry.
However, Jorden's creative spark soon shifted towards directing, and she began to make a name for herself in the film world. Initially inspired by Jorden's curiosity about female DJs' experiences in the male-dominated industry, the project took an unexpected turn after she met the notorious DJ Sandra Collins.
