Kathleen, a native of Southern California, embarked on her educational journey at California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in Speech and Communications. This foundation in communication would later serve as a springboard for her career in the entertainment industry.
Initially, Kathleen joined KDOC TV56 as an Account Executive, focusing on commercial and paid programming. However, her passion for children's programming soon led her to transition into the animation industry, where she began working in post-production sound for Screenmusic.
In 1997, Warner Bros. recruited Kathleen to provide production management for films such as Iron Giant, Osmosis Jones, and ultimately, she became the producer of creature visual effects on "Scooby Doo, the Movie". During her tenure at Warner Bros., she also produced commercials for Century 21, Pebbles Cereal, Burger King, and CNN.
Kathleen's impressive resume includes serving as the Associate Producer on Scholastic's film "Clifford's Really Big Movie" and completing work on the feature "Curious George" in 2006.
In addition to her work in film and television, Kathleen has lent her voice to the Machinima hit "Red vs Blue" as the character "Tex" since her introduction to the series in 2003. In 2011, she was asked to produce Season 10 of Red vs Blue, earning her a nomination for a "Producer Guild Award" in 2013.
Kathleen is an advocate for positive role modeling, particularly for children. She strives to be a role model and aims to deliver motivational talks to Junior High and High School students. Furthermore, she initiated a "Good Deed" program on the Red vs Blue site, inspiring members to perform unsolicited acts of kindness. This initiative has resulted in a collection of thousands of good deeds.
Currently, Kathleen is working on the anticipated Netflix show "My DAD the Bounty Hunter", set to be released in 2022.
