Katrina Milosevic, a talented Australian-born television actress, was born on April 25, 1976, at the Mount Isa Base Hospital in Mount Isa, Queensland. She spent her early years in Mount Isa, residing there for approximately seven years before relocating to Mackay, Queensland. Later, she briefly resided in Mossman, Queensland, before returning to Mackay. As the daughter of Rade Milosevic (of Serbian descent) and Angela Milosevic, both of whom are now deceased, Katrina has a younger brother and an older half-brother. Her parents, recognizing her passion for acting, encouraged her to pursue her dreams. Katrina's parents envisioned a bright future for her in the entertainment industry.
Katrina's journey to becoming an accomplished actress began with her studies at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. She also had a brief stint in modeling and worked with the Shakespeare company, traveling across Australia before her career gained momentum. Today, she resides in Melbourne.
Throughout her illustrious career, Katrina has appeared in numerous Australian theatre productions, television shows, and films. Her most notable roles include her portrayal of Sue 'Boomer' Jenkins in the award-winning Australian television drama Wentworth, which she joined in the first season and remained a part of until the series' final eighth season. She was one of the 'Wentworth Four,' a group of actors who remained with the show from its inception.
